Your eSIM delivery can show not ready, ready, installed, or unavailable.
Installation Methods
Depending on your device and service state, installation may use:
- QR code installation.
- Direct device handoff.
- Manual setup instructions.
Follow the instructions shown in your account.

After installation, your device may need cellular data settings, roaming settings, or time to register on the local network.
Activation can show not ready, ready, installed, active, or failed. The activation screen can also show pending, in progress, failed, healthy, or success states.

After activation, your account can show usage, remaining data, total data, usage percentage, and whether the usage snapshot is current or delayed.
